Healthy Moms, Healthy Babies

The purpose of this program is to provide information and free services to foster healthy pregnancies, healthy Moms and healthy children up to the age of 5 years.  Home visits are provided by a Supervising Public Health Nurse and Senior Public Health Aides to pregnant women and new mothers and their babies.  The staff will answer any questions about the care of your newborn, teach effective breast-feeding and discuss support services.  For further information, please call (845) 364-2540.
