system that networks county offices, reducing long distance costs,
while providing employees four digit direct dial access to other
county offices.
The office monitors county
telecommunications costs through analysis of facility usage by
planning for departmental needs, providing monthly billing and
management reports to individual departments and through training to
maximize telephone effectiveness:
