The Facilities Management Maintenance Division, under the direction of Robert H. Gruffi, Director of Facilities Management, provides for the maintenance of buildings and grounds at two sites: The Dr. Robert L. Yeager Health Center/Fire Training Center in Pomona and The New City Government Center.
 
The New City Government Center is comprised of seven buildings (The Eugene Grogan Correctional Facility, Sheriff Headquarters, Transports/Highway Annex, Highway Department, The Allison Parris Office Building, Courthouse, Bank of New York Building and Sain Building) totaling 500,000 sq. ft. plus two veteran cemeteries (The Frederick Loescher Veterans  Cemetery and The Gary Onderdonk Veterans Memorial Cemetery). The Dr Robert L. Yeager Health Center is comprised of eighteen buildings totaling 775,000 sq. ft. The Fire Training Center includes the County’s Emergency operations Center and also provides fire training services as well.
