Rockland 21^st Century Collaborative for Children and Youth (Rockland 21C) is a pioneering countywide partnership with children as our priority. Rockland 21C is a non-profit organization that assists school districts in Rockland County to support over 20 Family Resource Centers. A Family Resource Center (FRC) is a place where families can find support and information, participate in programs, access services, and get to know other parents and children.
