Rockland CARES Integrated County Planning is an initiative of county government agencies to promote more responsive, effective and efficient services to Rockland’s children, youth and families.

Under the leadership of County Executive C. Scott Vanderhoef, Rockland CARES agencies are committed to making sure that all Rockland residents have access to the resources needed to develop healthy children, youth and families. Rockland has adopted the New York State Touchstones goals to serve as our guide along the path to realize this vision.
