- Initiated Cherry Brook drainage project on
Crooked Hill Road in Pearl River
- Secured funding for other drainage problems in
Pearl River and Nanuet
- Involved in May Place Project, Nanuet
- Initiated traffic light installation at
Schoolhouse Road and Garden State Parkway Exit in Chestnut Ride
- Helped stabilize county property tax resulting
in no increase in taxes in fourteen years
- Initiated defibrillators in Rockland County,
installing in local police departments
- Initiated cell phone legislation, afterwards
adopted by New York State
